Cultivating kindness, peace and love in every footstep!

Anita is a mother of two living a spirit lead life in small town Saskatchewan.  After years of chasing a self directed path, she has found the path that leads to a beautiful life, where the pleasures are never ending and she has found true joy and contentment.  Lover of the nature finding beauty in all that surrounds her, she now chases sunrises, sunsets, the moon and the outdoors.  She has truly found the peace that transcends all understanding.

Her dedication to health and wellness and her love of Jesus and Christian based yoga has lead her to becoming a Holy Yoga Instructor. She also completed her Masters in Holy Yoga obtaining her M-HYI.  Her spiritual direction and coaching/mentoring qualifications were achieved thru American Association of Christian Counselors, Extraordinary Women Ministries and Light University.   

Passionate about her work as a spiritual yogi, coach and mentor where she has helped those led to her (by the Spirit) who have struggled with trauma, addictions and living a balanced life in this fallen world.  As a prayer warrior she loves the opportunity to make a difference in the lives of others one prayer at a time.
