Anita Stettner, Mental Health Life Coach/Yoga Master is passionate about helping others find and walk the ‘narrow path’ while holistically healing the whole body to find peace within.  Her holistic technique looks at healing from a mental, physical, emotional, spiritual, relational and nutritional perspective. 

Whether through her yoga classes or her meditation therapy sessions or her coaching/mentoring sessions, she helps clients heal the whole body from the inside out.

Cultivating kindness, peace and love in every footstep!

Anita is a mother of two living a spirit lead life in small town Saskatchewan.  After years of chasing a self directed path, she has found the path that leads to a beautiful life, where the pleasures are never ending and she has found true joy and contentment.  Lover of the nature finding beauty in all that surrounds her, she now chases sunrises, sunsets, the moon and the outdoors.  She has truly found the peace that transcends all understanding.

Her dedication to health and wellness and her love of Jesus and Christ centred yoga has lead her to become a Yoga Master obtaining her M-HYI (Holy Yoga International).  Her spiritual direction and coaching/mentoring qualifications were achieved through American Association of Christian Counselors and Extraordinary Women Ministries.  Her aspirations to learn more about and to help those on the mental health continuum, she obtained her Diploma as a Mental Health Coaching with Light University. She is currently working on her certification as a Human Flourishing Coach.   

Passionate about her Christian based work as a spiritual yogi, coach and mentor where she has helped others develop and cultivate the fruits of the spirits within by taking a holistic whole body approach.  Her healing technique (whether through yoga or one on one sessions) utilizes breathing, movement and mindful cognitive behavioural therapy which allows for whole body holistic healing (mental/physical/emotional/spiritual/relational/nutritional).  Her mindful approach to healing allows her clients to have a healthy relationship with all aspects of their lives.   

With increasing numbers of people with diversities and struggling on the mental health continuum, her mindful strategies help others thrive within the situation in which they are living.  She especially enjoys her work with business executives who are interested in achieving work/home balance and those interested in deepening their spiritual connection. Her healing techniques have assisted those those who have struggled with trauma, addictions and living a balanced life in this fallen world. 

As a prayer warrior she loves the opportunity to make a difference in the lives of others one prayer at a time.  Let her passion for living a peaceful balanced life inspire you to find love, peace and good health in your own life.  Turn your life around.
