He has risen! He has risen indeed!!

Christ has risen! Hallelujah!!

Over Holy Week we looked at humble steps forward to walking the way of the cross. As we walk humbly as our Saviour did we connect with our True North and all God has hardwired within each of us.

We can make that choice to be the best versions of ourselves by continuously reconciling ourselves with God and with others. That reconciliation happens when we take brave humble steps forward in our walk with Christ. Imitating our Christ like qualities, allowing the winds of the Holy Spirit to gracefully lead us towards reconciliation.

When we are truly reconciled in all areas of our life, we are owning our mistakes, making effort to learn and grow. Our desires align with God’s will for us to seek healthy ways to live, love and connect with others. Living a reconciled life produces a better way forward. Being reconciled to the cross (to God and others) life gets easy, life gets fun, life is peaceful and content because of our commitment and connection to our True North!

Our Lent journey concludes for another year. Thank you for joining in, I hope you have enjoyed the Strengthen the Vertical content. Having a strong vertical is a daily practice. Walking the way of the cross is a choice. Being humble, kind and loving like Christ takes courage, effort and continuous practice. When we can continue to make those efforts and keep to the practice, we have the ability to shine bright, to be a beacon in a dark and lonely world. To help bring others out of the darkness into the light where God’s grace is there to meet weary souls.

John 8:12

Jesus said: ‘I am the light of the world. If you follow Me, you won’t have to walk in darkness, because you will have the light that leads to life.’

Thank you again – Go in God’s peace and in his glory. Thanks be to God ❤
