Welcome to Wednesday of the third week of Lent! This week we get past the 21 days and we start to notice subtle changes and improvements from our disciplined practice. Today’s episode will start the discussion of breathing exercises. As a yoga master I teach breathing exercises as well as practise breathing exercises. Bringing breath work into our mindfulness practice helps us create space for calmness and peacefulness in every and all situations we encounter. Focusing on the breath of the Lord within us has the ability to calm the storms around us!
