Welcome to the fourth Sunday in Lent! Today’s episode continues the discussion of benefits of breathing exercises. Bringing the Lord into our breathing helps create a space for calmness and peacefulness to enter into any and all situations we encounter. Breathing exercise are so important for the entire body, especially the brain and nervous system. Even our own calming breath can help another person find calmness too. Even sitting with someone in a stress filled situation and breathing for them, they will eventually match your breathing pattern. The simplicity of our breath can help ourselves or help others – remember to just breathe!
